Management Team

The Management Team of the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas oversees the day-to-day operations of the League. They ensure that programs, committees, and activities run smoothly and in alignment with the organization’s mission. While the Board focuses on strategy and governance, the Management Team is hands-on with planning, coordinating, and implementing the work of the League—supporting members, events, and community impact throughout the year. This group is chaired by Executive Vice President, Jodi Greve.
Membership Vice President – Brianna Robinson
Brianna Robinson is the Senior Program Manager for International Marketplace at Walmart, where she applies her expertise in operations and strategic planning on a global scale. A native of Dallas, Texas, Brianna moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2019 after several years in Atlanta. It was there that she began her Junior League journey, joining the Junior League of Atlanta in 2016. During her time in Atlanta, she held multiple leadership roles, including New Member Coordinator, Director of New Members, and Social Chair. In 2024, she proudly continued her commitment to service by joining the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas.
Beyond her professional and volunteer work, Brianna enjoys baking, thrifting, traveling, hiking, and watching everything from Bravo shows to classic films. She also loves spending quality time with her spirited mini poodle, Fancy.
The Membership Vice President leads the Membership Council and is responsible for overseeing the overall member experience in the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas. This role supports recruitment, training, retention, and engagement of members throughout their League journey—from New Members to Sustainers. The Membership VP ensures members feel connected, valued, and supported by providing opportunities for growth, leadership development, and meaningful involvement in the League’s work. They also collaborate with other councils and leaders to foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven membership culture.
Development Vice President – Karmen Boddie
Karmen Boddie was born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and has lived and served in communities throughout the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas. Her life and work are grounded in a deep commitment to service, personal growth, and building meaningful relationships. She believes in the power of service and the impact of connecting people through shared purpose—values that are evident in her extensive volunteer work with both local and national organizations.
Professionally, Karmen serves as a Safety Specialist at the University of Arkansas in the Office of Environmental Health and Safety. In this role, she manages a wide range of responsibilities, including records management, office finances, budgeting, purchasing, compliance software platforms, manuals and documentation, training coordination, the department website, and the university’s lab coat program, which is currently expanding to support engineering researchers. Her passion lies in ensuring a safe and compliant environment across campus, and she takes pride in the critical behind-the-scenes work that helps keep the university running smoothly.
As a proud alumna of the University of Arkansas, Karmen is honored to give back through various campus leadership roles. She is a re-elected member of the Staff Senate and was recently appointed to the Chancellor’s Commission on Women, where she advocates for equity, representation, and opportunities for women throughout the university. She is especially passionate about empowering and developing women, minorities, and children—a focus that informs all aspects of her work and service.
At her core, Karmen leads with empathy, lives with purpose, and strives to leave every place better than she found it.
Programming Vice President – Ashlee Haywood
A strategic leader, advocate, and educator, Ashlee Haywood has dedicated her career to fostering A strategic leader, advocate, and educator, Ashlee Haywood has dedicated her career to fostering growth, inclusion, and excellence in education, leadership development, and community engagement.
Ashlee joined the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas in 2023 where she served as a New Member and Vice Chair of Training, earning New Member of the Year award for her impactful contributions. The following year, she was Vice President of Training and Chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) while also playing a key role on the 25th Anniversary Committee and serving as Co-Chair of the All-Arkansas Committee, helping to expand the League’s reach and legacy. This same year, her dedication to empowering cultural awareness and belonging was recognized in her selection to the Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI) Committee on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility (DEIBA), where she collaborates with League leaders nationwide to drive meaningful change.
Professionally, she has over 15 years of experience in education spanning private and public institutions, Ashlee has held diverse roles, including Head Cheer Coach, Assistant Director of Human Resources, NCAA Eligibility Coordinator, Registrar, and Co-Sponsor of the Students of Color Club. Passionate about student success, she earned a Facilitating Career Development certification, equipping her to guide students in preparing for their high school and post-secondary careers. Ashlee started her small business, AHAY DESIGNS in 2020, a custom apparel shop, where she has been recognized as a six-time Best Seller on Etsy.
Recognized for her contributions to education, entrepreneurship, and community service, Ashlee was named an Honored Listee in Marquis Who’s Who in America in 2024.
A proud native of Foreman, Arkansas, Ashlee’s passion for leadership began early, earning accolades in academics, athletics, and extracurricular leadership before continuing her studies at Angelina College, the University of Arkansas, and John Brown University. She holds degrees in Physical Education and Health Sciences and Liberal Arts.
Community Vice President – Madeline Koutroumbis

Madeline Koutroumbis is a Missouri native who has called Fayetteville home since she came to college in 2011. She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Sports Management then went on to study Public Administration and Nonprofit Management. She was a founding member of Alpha Chi Omega and involved in numerous student organizations.
Today, Madeline manages the leasing for their family business, Koutroumbis Properties. She joined the league in 2019 and has served in numerous positions including: Donor Relations Chair, Volunteer Action Committee Chair, 25th Anniversary Committee Member, Community Vice President, and Junior League Teens Chair.
In her downtime, Madeline finds joy in biking, reading, running, walking, and yoga. Madeline is a new mom to her son Adam. Her husband Chris and four (yes, four) dogs Willow, Jack, Charlee, and Paisley have enjoyed adjusting to life with a new baby.
Communications Vice President – Alicia Smith
Alicia Smith is a proud native of New Orleans, Louisiana, who has called Northwest Arkansas home for the past 23 years. After moving to Fort Smith in 1990, Alicia earned an academic scholarship to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where she studied Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and minored in Economics. A decorated athlete in both track and basketball, Alicia’s competitive spirit and dedication have carried through to her professional and personal life.
Today, Alicia is a successful Realtor and Broker with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette. When she’s not helping clients navigate the real estate market, she’s cheering on her three daughters as a devoted dance and track mom.
Alicia is passionate about giving back to her community. She has served on the Board of Directors for both the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® and Tri-Cycle Farms. She’s a past Fundraising Chair for Special Olympics Arkansas and an active member of the Professional Development Committee for the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS®. She also holds multiple professional certifications and designations that reflect her commitment to excellence.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, attending her children’s events, swimming, working out, traveling—especially to the beach—reading, listening to music, and cooking. She lives by the motto: “Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may realize they were the big things.”
Finance Vice President – Toni Cook
Toni Cook is a dynamic problem-solver known for turning complex challenges into strategic wins. As Chief of Staff for Walmart’s Last Mile Platform, she is the architect behind the Last Mile Strategic Playbook—delivering smarter, faster, and more innovative solutions that elevate the customer experience. Prior to this role, she led Walmart’s Energy Procurement team, managing an impressive $18 billion in annual purchases while driving initiatives focused on sustainability and operational efficiency.
Toni’s public sector roots run deep. She previously served the City of Little Rock, overseeing a $500 million procurement budget and transforming outdated systems into streamlined, transparent, and accessible processes. She continues to invest in her home state by representing Walmart in Leadership Arkansas, where she collaborates on statewide solutions that help Arkansas thrive.
With certifications in advanced programming and data analysis—including Python, Power BI, and MySQL—as well as her designation as a Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM), Toni blends technical expertise with strategic insight. She’s also a skilled negotiator, known for crafting win-win solutions in even the most complex scenarios.
Outside of work, Toni is a proud space enthusiast, dedicated book lover, and die-hard Golden Girls fan (Dorothy wit? Unmatched). Her hobbies include geeking out over NASA missions, devouring novels, and never saying no to tacos.
