On behalf of the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas, it is my honor to welcome you to our League’s website. We are a diverse group of women united by a shared mission: to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

For more than 25 years, the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas has been a driving force for positive change in our community. Our members are leaders, professionals, caregivers, and friends—each dedicating their time, talents, and resources to causes that matter most. Our primary focus is raising awareness and providing support for domestic violence prevention and intervention, working closely with our valued community partners to meet critical needs.

This League year, our guiding word is Impact—a reminder that the work we do today can create lasting change for tomorrow. Whether through hands-on volunteerism, fundraising initiatives, or leadership development, our members are committed to making a measurable difference in Northwest Arkansas.
