The Board of Directors of the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas provides strategic leadership and long-term vision for the organization. They are responsible for upholding the League’s mission, ensuring strong governance, and guiding the direction of our work in the community. The Board focuses on big-picture decisions, policy, and sustainability—empowering our members and supporting the Management Team in carrying out day-to-day operations
President – Morgan Sachs
Born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas. She graduated from Shiloh Christian School and went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. While on campus she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, served as University of Arkansas Student Body Vice President and was selected as a representative for the Homecoming Court.
Morgan’s commitment to service shines through in her long-standing involvement with the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas. She has held numerous leadership roles, including Chair of New Member Training, Chair of League Activities, Chair of Moonlight Masquerade, and Executive Vice President. Now, she is honored to serve as President, continuing to support the League’s mission of empowering women and strengthening the community.
She is approaching her two year term as President with a strong membership focus. It is her goal that the Board of Directors examine the following: right sizing our League, examine current budget structures, and re-evaluating our current community impact initiatives. She is certain that the League’s best years are ahead.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Morgan enjoys reading, baking, hosting friends and family, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks in every sport. She is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and serves as Secretary for the Kappa Kappa Gamma NWA Alumni Association. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband, Denton, their two-year-old daughter, Sophie Belle, and their two beloved dogs, Reece and Echoe.
Board Secretary – Gisela Talbert
Gisela is excited to continue serving as Board Secretary for the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas. A proud Northwest Arkansas native, she now resides in the region with her wonderful husband and two children. Professionally, Gisela works in land acquisition for a national homebuilder, where she plays a key role in developing new communities and shaping the future of the area she calls home.
Outside of work, Gisela enjoys hosting gatherings and cherishing quality time with her family—always focused on creating meaningful, lasting memories. She joined the Junior League to build strong connections, give back to the community that has given her so much, and grow alongside a network of dedicated, service-minded women.
Gisela considers her time in the League a truly rewarding experience and is honored to serve alongside such passionate and inspiring individuals. She looks forward to another year of growth, collaboration, and impact as Board Secretary—continuing to support the League’s mission and strengthen the community she loves.
Treasurer – Dionisha Davis
Dionisha Davis is a proud native of Forrest City, Arkansas, and a dedicated mother of two college-aged children. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB). Currently, Dionisha works as a Buyer at Keytronic, where she has been a valued team member for the past three years. Her previous roles include Business Operations Specialist at Arkansas Community Corrections, where she also served as Treasurer of the Employee Corporation from 2016 to 2017 and again in 2019.
Dionisha joined the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas in August 2020 and has been an active and passionate member ever since. She began her League journey on the Communications Committee—serving on the Tech and Social subcommittee—and joined the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force that same year. In the 2022–2023 League year, she served on the Member Services Committee as an Advisor and went on to lead the committee as Chair in 2023–2024. For the 2024–2025 League year, Dionisha is serving on the Management Team as Vice President of Finance and Board Treasurer.
Dionisha brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for the League’s mission. She cares deeply about the growth, development, and satisfaction of its members and remains committed to fostering a strong and inclusive community within the organization.
Executive Vice President – Jodi Greve
Jodi Greve, a native of South Texas, made her way back to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2015. After earning her Associate’s Degree from Odessa College, she transferred to the University of Arkansas, where she graduated in 2001 with a degree in Exercise Science. She went on to complete her Master of Education at the University of Montevallo in 2003. Jodi then launched a successful career in collegiate basketball coaching, with roles at Tyler Junior College, San Jose State, and Stephen F. Austin State University.
Jodi has since translated her coaching and leadership experience into impactful service with the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas. As a first-year active member, she joined the Moonlight Masquerade Committee. In her second year, she was elected Development Vice President—a role she not only embraced but exceeded expectations in. When the Moonlight Masquerade Chair had to step down just a month before the gala, Jodi stepped in seamlessly, leading the event to success through strong delegation and decisive leadership. Her effectiveness and dedication earned her a second term as Development Vice President.
Jodi’s commitment to excellence and her passion for empowering women through service continue to leave a lasting impact on the League and the community it serves.
Board Member at Large – Bailey Hallin
Bailey is a Mitigation Specialist for the Arkansas Public Defender Commission, where she dedicates her days to solving complex challenges and—contrary to popular belief—proving that lawyers can indeed be helpful. Her passion for increasing access to resources for low-income and underserved populations inspired her to pursue a legal career after relocating from the Chicagoland area to Arkansas in 2019. Following the loss of both parents, Bailey sought a fresh start and found purpose and direction in the law.
Creativity has long been a cornerstone of Bailey’s life. She supported herself through law school by flipping furniture—transforming worn-out pieces into cherished treasures. More recently, she’s embraced sewing, a lifelong hobby that sometimes produces Pinterest-worthy results.
In December, Bailey married her husband, Brett, who serves as the Associate Chief Clinical Informatics Officer at UAMS and Baptist, expertly bridging the worlds of healthcare, IT, and data. The couple lives in Springdale with their beloved 10-year-old Shih Tzu, Winston—undisputed household star and Associate Chief of Snacks.
Bailey is driven by a commitment to balance, empathy, and intention—valuing good manners, a nonjudgmental outlook, and always saving room for dessert (or a treat for Winston).
Nominating Board Member – Melissa Sisemore
Melissa, a resident of Bentonville, Arkansas, has built a remarkable journey marked by academic accomplishments, professional excellence, community involvement, and a deep commitment to leadership and advocacy.
Melissa’s academic journey began at the University of Arkansas, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology. Her passion for science and safety led her to further her education at Johnson & Wales University, where she recently graduated with a master’s degree in food safety. This solid educational foundation has been crucial in her current role as a manager in food labeling and product compliance in food safety at Walmart.
Melissa’s professional life at Walmart is characterized by her dedication to ensuring that products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. Her role involves meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to public health, making her an invaluable asset to the company.
Beyond her professional achievements, Melissa is devoted to her family and close group of friends. She has been happily married to her husband, Scott, for 20 years as of this July. Together, they have a 9-year-old son named Sterling, and their household is completed by a spoiled Maltipoo named Rocky, who brings joy and laughter to their lives.
In 2019, Melissa joined the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas looking to get more involved in community service and meet likeminded women. Her involvement in the Junior League has been marked by numerous leadership positions, including Membership VP, Board Secretary, and, more recently, Nominating Vice Chair. Through these roles, Melissa has demonstrated her commitment to fostering leadership and supporting community partners.
Donor Relations Board Member – Felicia Walker
Felicia Walker is a powerhouse in the Supply Chain industry, with over 21 years of experience shaping processes and elevating standards. As Senior Manager, Integrated Planning at Sam’s Club, she leads a team focused on new supplier onboarding and National Brands packaging quality.
A proud Northwest Arkansas native and devoted Razorback fan, Felicia’s career in supply chain contrasts with her early dreams of fashion and still embraces through her love for style and design.
Beyond her professional achievements, Felicia is deeply committed to community service, actively on the Board of Directors for Dress For Success, The Northwest Arkansas Junior League, Women Changing Retail, and NEXTUP, where she plays a key role in new sponsor onboarding.
As a devoted mother to Jaydin (9) and Jagger (5), Felicia’s greatest inspiration comes from creating a meaningful impact in the lives of others, guided by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s word: ”Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, What are you doing for others?”
Sustainer Board Member – Stephanie Long
With over 15 years of experience in early childhood and elementary education, Stephanie Long is a passionate educator dedicated to nurturing both the academic and emotional growth of children from diverse backgrounds. She has taught pre-kindergarten through third grade and currently serves as a third-grade teacher at Turnbow Elementary in Springdale, Arkansas. Stephanie is committed to supporting the whole child by building strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and the broader community.
A tireless advocate for educational equity and innovation, Stephanie has secured more than $20,000 in grants and donations to directly support her students and their families—providing essential resources and enriching learning experiences. Beyond the classroom, she actively contributes to school- and district-level committees, working collaboratively to enhance instruction and student achievement.
Stephanie also devotes her time to community service through the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas, where she currently serves as Chair of Member Services. In this role, she focuses on member engagement, development, and retention—fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that uplifts women through all stages of their League journeys. Her involvement reflects a deep commitment to voluntarism, women’s leadership, and meaningful community impact.
Her dedication to excellence in education has earned her numerous accolades, including being named an Arkansas Master Professional Educator, a two-time Arkansas State Finalist for the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (2020 and 2022), and a National Board Certified Teacher in Early and Middle Literacy. In 2022, she was honored as Springdale Public Schools Teacher of the Year and was named a semifinalist for the 2023 Arkansas State Teacher of the Year.
